Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 pt
- diced pimentos - 12 14
- sharp or milk cheese, grated - 2 lb
- hard-boiled eggs may substitute chopped jalapenos - 3 item
- large white onion, grated - 1 item
How to make pimento cheese:
Combine in large bowl. Do not mash or pack down. (Should be coarse and loose.) Use food processor if you like, but don't make it mushy. Keeps refrigerated for 3 weeks. Can be used for stuffing celery, for sandwiches or on crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sandwich, Spreads.
