Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • Cool Whip
  • cold milk - 4 c
  • shaved chocolate - 1 item

How to make piggy pudding:

Mix flour and margarine until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° until golden brown (15 to 20 minutes). Cool.

Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Whip together cold milk and both packages of instant pudding. When mixture is set, spread over white layer in pan. Chill 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Chill at least 2 to 3 hours before serving. Cut into 2-inch squares. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
