How to make pig picking cake:
Icing:1 large can crushed pineapple1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 large (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip Mix ingredients in order listed with mixer. Divide mixture in 3 layer pans. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Icing: Mix the crushed pineapple slightly with the instant vanilla pudding (do not mix pudding as stated on carton, just sprinkle on pineapple). Then fold in Cool Whip.
