Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- flour, sifted
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- Watkins coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- Watkins rum extract - 1 tsp
- Watkins butter flavoring - 1 tsp
- Watkins lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Watkins vanilla extract - 1 tsp
How to make five flavor cake:
Cake: Cream margarine, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs (unbeaten), one at a time, beating after each. Measure all-purpose flour (sifted). Add baking powder and salt to flour mixture and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Stir in flavorings.Spoon mixture into a well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° (slow oven) for 1 hour and 35 minutes, or until done. Turn the cake out of pan right away.
