Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 3 item
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 1/2 c
  • stick butter or oleo - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
  • box butter cake mix - 1 item
  • can mandarin oranges undrained - 1 item
  • box instant coconut pudding - 1 item
  • Cool Whip or 2 small pkg - 1 oz

How to make pig cake:

Mix together cake mix, butter, oranges, eggs and oil. Bake in 3 layers at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. In mixing bowl, mix Cool Whip, pineapple, pudding mix and powdered sugar. Spread between layers and all over cool cake. Keep refrigerated. The longer it is in refrigerator, the better the flavor.
