  • salt
  • flour - 3 c
  • water - 5 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 tsp
  • shortening
  • beaten egg - 1 item

How to make pie crust:

Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix last 3 ingredients. Then combine both mixtures. Rolls out better if chilled. Makes 3 crusts or makes 2 crusts with lattice top and 1 crust alone.
