Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening
- beaten egg - 1 item
How to make foolproof pie crust:
Mix first 4 ingredients. In separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients. Combine 2 mixtures. Chill at least 15 minutes. Makes 4 single crusts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
