Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening
How to make pie crust:
Mix sugar, flour and salt. Cut in shortening. In another bowl mix water, egg and vinegar. Combine with sugar mixture. Divide into five parts.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
