Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 doz
- to 4 whole cloves - 3 item
- sliced pickled beets with juice
How to make pickled eggs:
Cook eggs and remove shells. In a 1/2-gallon container, put pickled beets, eggs and cloves. Fill the rest of the jar with a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 vinegar. Stir. Leave out for 30 minutes and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
