  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • celery seed - 1 Tbsp
  • medium onions - 2 item
  • whole cloves - 6 item
  • mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
  • hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
  • distilled white vinegar - 2 c
  • mild mustard - 2 Tbsp

How to make pickled eggs:

In a saucepan, blend mustard with a little vinegar. Add remaining vinegar and next 6 ingredients. Cover, heat to boiling, simmering 10 minutes. Cool. Pour over onions and eggs. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
