Zucchini appetizers

Ingredients/Components

• chopped onion - 1/2 c
• Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
• dash of pepper - 1 item
• oregano - 1/2 tsp
• parsley - 2 Tbsp
• eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
• large chopped garlic cloves - 3 item
• thinly sliced zucchini, unpeeled - 7 c
• Bisquick or flour - 1 c
• oil or a little less - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Mix all ingredients together. Add Bisquick or flour last. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake until golden brown on top, about 45 to 50 minutes at 350°. Cut into finger size squares. Makes about 40.

Can be used as a main course with salad or as a vegetable dish.
