Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- mixed pickling spice - 2 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
In a large bowl, mix vinegar, 4 cups water, garlic, bay leaf, spices and salt. Add eggs on onion rings. Cover. Refrigerate for several days.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
