Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- white vinegar - 2 c
- pickling spices - 2 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
Boil all ingredients for approximately 5 minutes and then pour into a wide mouth jar or container and add hard-boiled eggs (peeled). Let set overnight. Will keep for weeks.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
