Italian zucchini pie
Ingredients/Components
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- or less margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder optional - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- can crescent rolls - 1 item
How to make italian zucchini pie:
Cook and stir zucchini in margarine for 10 minutes. Stir in parsley or parsley flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano leaves. Combine beaten eggs and Mozzarella. Stir in zucchini mixture. Place crescent rolls in ungreased 10-inch pie pRecipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
