Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- stick butter or oleo - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- cubed zucchini - 3 c
- French fried onion rings - 1 item
- Minute rice raw - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Saute onions in butter with green peppers. Mix together all other ingredients and put in casserole. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 40 minutes to 45 minutes. Put French fried onion rings on top before putting in oven.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
