Peanut butter sheet cake
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- cup flour - 2 item
- cup water - 1 item
- cup vegetable oil - 1/2 item
- cup sugar - 2 item
- cup milk - 1/2 item
- eggs slightly beaten - 2 item
- cup peanut butter - 1/2 item
- Cool sightly
- or a little more powdered sugar - 1 lb
How to make peanut butter sheet cake:
Bring margarine, peanut butter, water and oil to a boil. Cool sightly. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased and floured jelly roll pan or deep cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.Peanut Butter Frosting:1 stick margarine1/2 cup milk1/2 cup peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. or a little more powdered sugar Cook the first 3 ingredients over medium heat until boils. Add vanilla and sugar. Stir until well blended in same saucepan. Let cool before frosting thickens. Serves 18 to 24.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
