- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- bay leaves - 2 item
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 doz
- white vinegar - 4 c
- pickling spice - 2 Tbsp
How to make pickled eggs:
In medium saucepan, over high heat, heat vinegar, sugar, spice, salt and bay leaves to boiling. Place shelled eggs in 2-quart jar. Add vinegar mixture to the eggs; let stand 2 days, then use.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
