Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- can pina colada cream of coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Bake the cake in a long pan. When done, let cool, then take a knife and punch holes deep all over it. Mix the Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together and pour over cake. Let run in holes. Sprinkle a little coconut all over it. Put Cool Whip all over top and then put rest of coconut on it. Be sure to keep in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
