Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- large can sliced beets, drain and set aside juice - 1 item
How to make pickled beets:
Boil juice, vinegar and sugar for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over beets. Cool and put in refrigerator to chill.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
