Shrimp remoulade
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- cayenne pepper - 3/4 tsp
- tarragon vinegar - 1/3 c
- chopped green onions and tops - 1/2 c
- horseradish mustard - 1/3 c
- peeled, cooked shrimp
How to make shrimp remoulade:
Combine all ingredients except shrimp in blender; mix for a few seconds until smooth. Marinate the shrimp in the sauce for several hours before serving; chill well in refrigerator. Serve as an appetizer, on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Shrimp.
