Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • paprika - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 3 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • cayenne pepper - 3/4 tsp
  • tarragon vinegar - 1/3 c
  • chopped green onions and tops - 1/2 c
  • horseradish mustard - 1/3 c
  • peeled, cooked shrimp

How to make shrimp remoulade:

Combine all ingredients except shrimp in blender; mix for a few seconds until smooth. Marinate the shrimp in the sauce for several hours before serving; chill well in refrigerator. Serve as an appetizer, on lettuce leaves. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
