- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- beets - 5 qt
How to make pickled beets:
Cook beets in water. Peel and put into jars. Combine remaining ingredients; boil and pour vinegar mixture over beets. Seal jars.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
