  • flour - 1 c
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item
  • meal - 1 Tbsp
  • sugar minus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • strained persimmon pulp - 1 c
  • cinnamon may use 1 tsp - 1/4 tsp

How to make persimmon pudding:

Mix all dry ingredients and sift. Add other ingredients; mix well. Pour into an 11 x 8 x 2-inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
