- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- meal - 1 Tbsp
- sugar minus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- strained persimmon pulp - 1 c
- cinnamon may use 1 tsp - 1/4 tsp
How to make persimmon pudding:
Mix all dry ingredients and sift. Add other ingredients; mix well. Pour into an 11 x 8 x 2-inch pan that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
