- salt - 1 item
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
How to make perfect meringue:
Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until clear. Add a bit of salt to egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar for each egg. After whites are stiff, add the cornstarch mixture. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
