- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- egg whites at room temperature - 3 item
How to make perfect meringue:
Beat egg whites until forms a soft peak, adding 6 tablespoons sugar gradually, then add cream of tartar and beat 1 minute longer. Put on pie and bake in oven on 400°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
