Peppy-mex popcorn snack
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 1/2
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- melted margarine or butter - 1/3 c
- oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- popped popcorn - 8 c
- miniature pretzels
- corn crunch twist snacks
How to make peppy-mex popcorn snack:
Heat oven to 325°. In a large bowl combine popcorn, pretzels and corn twists. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt margarine; stir in lemon pepper, oregano, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. Pour magarine mixture over popcorn; stir gently to coat. Spread mixture in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 325° for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring once during baking. Makes 11 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, < 30 mins.
