Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vinegar
- green peppers - 12 item
- onions - 15 item
- red peppers - 12 item
- white mustard seed
- part vinegar - 1 item
- parts water - 2 item
- white sugar 6 3/4 c
How to make pepper relish:
Chop vegetables, then put boiling water over it and let set for 10 minutes. Drain. Pour 1 part vinegar and 2 parts water over this and bring to a boil. Drain again. Combine remaining ingredients and cook all together (with vegetables) for 15 minutes. CRecipe categories: Sauces, Salsas, Jams and preserves.
