Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
How to make pecan tassies:
Combine margarine and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Chill. Combine brown sugar, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in nuts. Divide dough into 24 balls; press into miniature muffin pans. Fill each cup 3/4 full of sugar/nut mixture. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes.
