Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 2 tsp
- water - 2 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla flavoring. Add flour and nuts. Chill for 1 hour. Shape into balls or fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325° for about 20 minutes. Cool completely. Roll in 4x sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
