Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pecans
- rum - 1/3 c
- white Karo - 3/4 c
- pie shell, baked - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Mix corn syrup and sugar; add butter and bring to boil over medium heat. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, slowly. Stir in pecans. Remove from heat and add rum slowly. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
