Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- pecans
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Blend the sugar, corn syrup and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat to a boil. Blend hot mixture into beaten eggs. Stir in pecans, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
