Sugar-free pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pumpkin - 2 c
- dates, chopped - 3/4 c
- skim evaporated milk
How to make sugar-free pumpkin pie:
Cook water and dates until dates are soft and mushy. Blend with milk in blender. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 425°; cool oven to 350° and cook an additional 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
