Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2/3 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• butter - 3 Tbsp
• Rice Krispies - 1 c
• dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
• unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item

How to make mock pecan pie:

Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, vanilla and butter. Fold in cereal. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
