Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- corn syrup - 3/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Beat eggs; add corn syrup, butter and sugar and beat together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake in pie crust at 375° to 400° until done. Makes 1 pie.Can substitute 1 cup coconut for pecans to make coconut pie.
