- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- uncooked pie shell 9-inch - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
Cream sugar and butter; add syrup, salt and vanilla and beat well. Beat in eggs, one at a time; add pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
