- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- light corn syrup
- pecans - 1 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make fudge pecan pie:
Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, salt, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Stir in pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool. For best flavor, cover and let stand 1 day before serving. If desired, serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
