- milk - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar, sifted - 1 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/3 c
- peanuts, chopped - 1/4 c
- container Cool Whip - 1 (10
- pie shell, baked and cooled - 1 item
How to make frozen peanut butter pie:
In a mixing bowl, whip cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter at medium speed. Slowly add milk while beating. Fold Cool Whip into mixture. Turn into pie shell. Sprinkle peanuts over top. Cover with Saran Wrap and freeze until firm. To serve, remove from freezer 1/2 hour before cutting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
