Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- Karo syrup - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Heat sugar and syrup until sugar dissolves, then add to eggs. Add pecans, butter, vanilla and salt. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Preheat oven to 450°. Cook 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and cook 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
