- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- light corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans, chopped
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- Topping:3 eggs
How to make mystery pecan pie:
Topping:3 eggs1/4 c. sugar1 c. light corn syrup1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 375°. In small mixer bowl combine cream cheese, salt, sugar, vanilla and egg. Blend well at medium speed. Spread in bottom of unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans.Topping: In small mixer bowl, combine all topping ingredients. Blend well at medium speed. Gently pour topping over pecans. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes.
