Ingredients/Components
- ground pecans
- ground raw potatoes - 1 c
- ground raw carrots - 1 c
- ground raw onions - 1/2 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- tomato juice - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- sage - 1 tsp
How to make pecan loaf:
Use a fine blade of the grinder for the first four ingredients. Mix all ingredients. Pack into a greased pan (7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch). Cover with a foil and bake in a preheated 350° oven about 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longerRecipe categories: Grains, Rice, Brown rice.
