Pecan crescent cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1/2 c
• flour, sifted - 2 c
• butter* - 1/4 c
• butter substitute* - 3/4 c

How to make pecan crescent cookies:

*Or can use all real butter.

Mix all ingredients in order. Roll into balls; place balls on cookie sheet. Flatten balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot, then again when cool.
