Best ever sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• soda - 2 tsp
• shortening - 2 c
• powdered sugar
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp

How to make best ever sugar cookies:

Combine dry ingredients together. Mix sugars, shortening, vanilla and eggs. Mix with dry ingredients. Roll out in powdered sugar. Cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Frost when cooled, but not necessary, as these are very sweet and tender without the frosting.
