Pecan balls



  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sage - 1 tsp
  • large diced onion - 1 item
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • crushed crackers - 2 c
  • pecans pieces or meal - 1 c
  • salt, Accent and garlic to taste - 1 item

How to make pecan balls:

Cream together cream cheese and eggs; stir in remaining ingredients, except soup. Let sit to thicken. Form balls with a mixture about the size of walnuts. Brown in skillet, turning often. To warm, simmer in mushroom soup.
