Cottage cheese patties
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- finely minced onions - 1/4 c
How to make cottage cheese patties:
Saute onions in oil and set aside. Add eggs, seasonings, cottage cheese and bread crumbs. Blend. Form into patties. Fry in hot oil until brown.Place in baking dish. Cover with diluted mushroom soup. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
