  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut
  • baking soda - 2 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • tall can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
  • Bake at 350° in a 9 x 12-inch pan for approximately 25 minutes

How to make yum-yum cake:

Mix ingredients. Bake at 350° in a 9 x 12-inch pan for approximately 25 minutes.Icing:1 small can evaporated milk1 c. sugar1 stick butter1 1/2 c. coconut1 c. chopped nuts Boil the first 3 ingredients for 2 minutes. Add the coconut and nuts. Ice while cake is hot.
