Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- crushed crackers - 1 c
- dry cottage cheese - 1 c
- mushroom gravy - 1 pkg
- drained mushrooms - 1 c
- George Washington broth dry - 1 pkg
How to make cottage cheese patties:
Mix first 8 ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into oiled frypan. When golden brown, place in casserole and cover with gravy made from remainder of ingredients. Simmer in oven for 1/2 hour at 350°. Use a 9 x 13-inch dish.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Main dish.
