- cloves garlic - 2 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- coriander - 1 Tbsp
- shallots - 12 item
- stalk lemon grass, crushed - 1 item
- g roasted peanuts, ground coarsely - 150 item
- tamarind paste - 1 Tbsp
- Ground Ingredients:15 dried chilies
- cm ginger - 2 item
- cm galangal - 2 item
- cm dried shrimp paste optional - 1 item
How to make peanut sauce:
