Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1 tsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- oyster sauce - 4 Tbsp
- bok choy, cut about 2-inches long with younger stalks - 1/2 lb
How to make bok choy with oyster sauce:
Boil water with sugar, salt, cornstarch and cooking oil, stirring until the sauce is a little thick. Add oyster sauce. Blanch bok choy. When it turns green, drain and put on a platter. Pour the sauce over the bok choy.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asian.
