  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • red food coloring - 1 item
  • canned milk - 1 c
  • white corn syrup - 2/3 c
  • slightly roasted peanuts - 3 c

How to make peanut patties:

Boil the sugar, milk and corn syrup to the soft ball stage. Add peanuts, food coloring, vanilla and margarine. Beat until thick. Drop on waxed paper to cool.
