Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- flour
- water - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1 c
- apricot preserves or jam
- dry quick oats - 1/2 c
How to make apricot bars:
Combine the flour, baking powder, brown sugar and oats; cut in butter. Pat 2/3 of mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with preserves, mixed with water. Cover with remaining crumbs.
