Ingredients/Components
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 lb
- milk chocolate chips - 1/2 lb
- mini marshmallows - 2 c
- chopped nuts pecans, almonds or walnuts - 1 c
How to make rocky road candy:
Melt both chocolates in small saucepan over hot water. Spread 1/4 of mixture onto buttered cookie sheet. Sprinkle on marshmallows and nuts. Cover with remaining chocolate spreading evenly. When firm, cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Candy.
